Data Deletion request instructions for terminated users

AI Marketing Crew (AMC) integrates with Meta APIs (Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph API) to help restaurants and local businesses publish social media content, manage comments, and check analytics. If you terminate your subscription or wish to remove your Meta platform user data from our databases, please follow the instructions below.

1. What Data Do We Store?

When you link your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account with AMC, we store:
  • Your Meta User ID and Account Name
  • Secure Page Access Tokens and Account Permissions
  • Your linked Pages/Instagram Accounts details (Name, ID, Profile Picture URL)
  • Cached metadata of posts and comments created or retrieved through our service
We do not store your Facebook/Instagram password or private personal messages.

2. Automatic Deletion via Revoking Access

You can instantly revoke our access and trigger token invalidation by removing our app from your Facebook account settings:
  1. Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Locate the AI Marketing Crew or Immedi / AMC app.
  4. Click Remove. All active access tokens stored in our system will be immediately rendered invalid by Meta, and we will no longer have access to any of your accounts.

3. Requesting Permanent Database Deletion

If you are a terminated user and want to ensure all historical data, cached metadata, and associated profiles are permanently purged from our active database:

Please send an email to our Data Protection Officer at service@deliverychinatown.com with the subject line: "Meta Data Deletion Request".

Please include your brand name, registered login email, and the URL/names of the Facebook Page or Instagram Business Profile you would like deleted. Our team will verify your identity and completely purge the matching records from our database within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the process is complete.

4. Self-Service Deletion via AMC Dashboard

If your subscription is still active but you wish to remove a specific Meta channel:
  • Log in to the AMC Merchant Dashboard.
  • Go to Settings > Integrations / Channels.
  • Click Disconnect next to the Facebook/Instagram account. This will immediately delete the access tokens and clear cached integration profiles.
